Rental Agreement: You will not be able to take possession of your rental until we have received your completed and signed damage waiver. Please follow the link in your confirmation email to complete.

Age Requirements: Renters must be 21 years of age or older in order to rent.

Drivers: The machine is checked out to the person who made the booking, all other drivers must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Ultimately, the person who booked the rental will be held responsible for the operators and any damage to the machine no matter who drives it.

Riding: Anyone can ride with you during your rental period. There is no age limit. For some of our bigger machines such as the Rangers, you can even choose to strap in a car seat for young children if you have one. (Car seats will not be provided)

General Policies:
Reservation Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM.
Rental Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM, seven days a week.
All rentals must be returned by 6:00pm if nothing has been communicated by 7:00 we call search and rescue.
The renters credit card will remain on file and may be used for time overages, excessive cleaning, damaged or missing equipment.
